Avec les stimuli externes et les exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es, ces variables d\u00e9finissent l&rsquo;\u00e9tat d&rsquo;un animal, ou \u00e9tat \u00e9motionnel, qui d\u00e9termine un r\u00e9pertoire de comportements appropri\u00e9s en fonction de circonstances sp\u00e9cifiques. Au cours des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, des progr\u00e8s consid\u00e9rables ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans la compr\u00e9hension de la contribution de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un seul neurone aux comportements app\u00e9titifs et aversifs dans des contextes pavloviens ou instrumentaux. Cependant, nous avons encore une vision lacunaire de la fa\u00e7on dont l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 collective des neurones au sein de circuits sp\u00e9cifiques contribue \u00e0 la repr\u00e9sentation neuronale d&rsquo;\u00e9tats \u00e9motionnels sp\u00e9cifiques.
