Des chercheurs de l&rsquo;INCIA montrent que de br\u00e8ves lib\u00e9rations de noradr\u00e9naline dans le cortex orbitofrontal, d\u00e9clench\u00e9es par des r\u00e9compenses inattendues, facilitent cette mise \u00e0 jour du comportement lors d\u2019une t\u00e2che d\u2019apprentissage par renversement.<\/p>\n<p>Publi\u00e9s dans <em>Cell Reports<\/em>, ces travaux montrent \u00e9galement que l\u2019intensit\u00e9 de ce signal pr\u00e9dit la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle les animaux s\u2019adaptent \u00e0 une nouvelle r\u00e8gle.
